Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare approximately half a cup of rice and let it cool slightly.
  2. Boil potatoes until tender (10-15 minutes), then mash.
  3. Cook the diced meat with paprika and olive oil, maintaining moisture.
  4. Incorporate sultanas and pine nuts, cooking until nuts are lightly browned.
  5. Mix in rice, using about one quarter rice relative to meat.
  6. Plate mashed potato, create an indent in the center, and fill with the meat mixture.
  7. Finish with generous sprinkles of sumach.
