Instructions
- Prepare approximately half a cup of rice and let it cool slightly.
- Boil potatoes until tender (10-15 minutes), then mash.
- Cook the diced meat with paprika and olive oil, maintaining moisture.
- Incorporate sultanas and pine nuts, cooking until nuts are lightly browned.
- Mix in rice, using about one quarter rice relative to meat.
- Plate mashed potato, create an indent in the center, and fill with the meat mixture.
- Finish with generous sprinkles of sumach.
